DRXWin is a program for Windows which lets you work with X-Ray diffraction files coming from several diffractometers (Siemens, Philips, Rigaku, Stoe, Seifert, etc.), and Rietveld programs like FullProf and RIET7.
Main features:
- Customize XRD patterns color and white or black for the screen background color.
- Automatic peak search and the ability to add symbols to peaks for labeling phases, etc.
- Save the peaks to plot afterwards as a pattern and plot patterns of the PDF-2 database.
